You know it's bad when...
...your student loan doesn't clear your overdraft :o. This isn't a good situation. Anyone want to donate to the clear Chris's overdraft cause? :D.
Overpayment of student loans
The Student Loans Company in Britain have recently admitted, people have been overcharged on their loan replayments.
When I say admit, they were basically asked about it rather than coming forward as far as I can make out.
Their figures alone say 10,000 people have payed too much, other figures say it could be as high as 22,000 people. What is going on there?
Some people have apparently overpayed as much as £5,000. The Student Loans Company say they re-pay any over payment with interest but it's not good enough. I mean, how hard is it to work out when someone was payed their loan off? Banks manage fine.
